Spicy Olive and Turkey Pita Sandwich

10 pitted green pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped10 pitted black olives, chopped1 tsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1/8 tsp red-pepper flakes1 whole wheat (6" diameter) pita, halved crosswise4 oz deli-sliced lower-sodium turkey breast1/2 cup mixed greens
1. Combine the green and black olives, vinegar, oil, and red-pepper flakes in a small bowl.
2. Fill each pita half with 2 oz turkey breast, 1/4 cup greens, and half the olive mixture.
Serves 2
Serve with:
1 cup pitted cherries (100 cal) or anything around 100 cals
A salad consisting of:
1/2 cucumber, sliced (12 cal)
1 cup grape tomatoes (30 cal)
2 tbsp minced red onion (12 cal)
