*Beef Shoulder Roast, 40 oz (2.5 lbs)Beans, black, 3 cup (2 drained cans)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced*Great Value Mild chili seasoning, 1 packet has 4 servings, (whole packet)Salsa, 2 cup (or 16 oz jar)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Directions
makes 8 1-cup servings; throw all except corn into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. Add 1 cup corn during 30-60 minutes of cooking
