2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Jar "Classico" Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce3/4 cup Low Fat Ricotta Cheese3/4 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese1/4 cup Egg Whites1 Cup 2% Shredded Mozzerella1 tsp. Garlic1 tsp. Basil
Boil chicken and shred it into bite-size pieces. Keep about 1/4 cup pasta sauce to the side, then pour remaining contents of jar into a sauce pan. Add the chicken to the sauce. Simmer chicken and pasta sauce for about 1 hour. Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, egg whites, and seasonings. Boil lasagna noodles. Spread about 1/4 cup of chicken and sauce on the bottom of baking dish. Lay down 3 noodles. Spread half of the cheese mixture. Spoon half of the chicken and pasta sauce on top. Add three more noodles and repeat same as previous layer. Lay down remaining three noodles. Spread pasta sauce (the 1/4 cup you saved earlier) on the top of the noodles. Sprinkle with mozzerella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. Remove foil and bake for another 15 mins. Makes 12 Squares.
