Moroccan Chicken

6 oz chicken breast, cut into 1 in pieces1 t ground cumin1 t ground cinnamon1/4 t ground turmeric1/4 t ground ginger1/4 black pepper12 med aspargus spear cut into 1 in 2 T raisins2 t olive oil
1.preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place chicken peices in a large bowl, toss with olive oil
add cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and pepper until well coated. Mix in the sweet potato, asparagus,raisins and 2 T of water into a greased casserole.
3 cover and bake, tossing and stirring two or three times, until the chicken is cooked through and the dish is very fragrant, about 45 min. Let stand at room temperature 5 min before serving. Serves 2
