Crockpot Pork Tacos

Ingredients
3 lbs pork loin roast (remove all visible fat)1 jar salsa
Directions
Place pork roast in bottom of crockpot. Pour salsa over top of roast. Cook on high for 5 hours.

Carefully, remove roast, and shred meat with two forks. return to crockpot and stir.

Serve on a tortilla with your toppings of choice. Can be used in Mexican Pie Recipe.

Serving size is 3/4 c meat.
