Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lbs. 93% lean ground beef2 T. olive oil1 small onion, chopped (about 1 cup)2 T. all-purpose flour1-1/2 C. beef broth1/4 t. black pepper1 t . Worcestershire Sauce1-1/2 C. sliced mushrooms 1/4 C sour cream
Directions
Form ground beef into small meatballs. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown meat balls on all sides. Remove and keep warm. Add onion to skillet and cook until tender and beginning to brown. Add flour, mix well and cook until beginning to brown. Add beef broth, stir well and cook until slightly thickened. Add pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in sour cream then add meatballs. Cook until heated through, but do not boil. Taste sauce and correct seasonings, if necessar. Makes 4 servings
