Avocado Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce - about 3 leavesAvacado - 1/2White onion, raw - 1/4 cupMatchstick carrots, raw - 1/4 cupLime juice - 1-2 wedges squeezedCucumber, peeled and chopped - 1/2
Directions
This just makes one serving. But it feeds like a meal so I usually dont eat anything else with this.

I use the lime juice as a substitue for Salad Dressing. It moistens it enough so I dont feel like I am eating grass. LOL It also helps keep the avacado longer.
