* 1/2 pound reduced-fat smoked turkey kielbasa, sliced * 1 medium onion, chopped * 1 medium green pepper, chopped * 1 celery ribs with leaves, thinly sliced * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 2 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced sodium chicken broth * 1 (15.5 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained * 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, cut up * 1 small zucchini, sliced * 1 medium carrot, shredded * 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes * 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
in a nonstick skillet cook kielbasa over medium heat until lightly browned. add onion, green pepper celery and garlic. cook and stir for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. transfer to slow cooker. stir in remaining ingredients. cook for 8-9 hours.
