Zippy Potato Wedges

1 small raw potato1 tbsp Miracle Whip Light DressingSprinkle of garlic powderSprinkle of onion powderSprinkle of dried parsley flakesSalt & Pepper(optional)
Preheat oven to 400
Step 1: Wash 1 small potato( I use white potatoes)
Step 2: Cut the potato into 8 wedges
Step 3: Coat the potato wedges with the 1 tbsp of Miracle Whip
Step 4: Place on non-stick cookie sheet skin side down
Step 5: Sprinkle the wedges with garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley flakes. Add salt & pepper if desired.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until crispy.
Makes 8 wedges(1 serving)
