Orzo & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup red onion chopped1/4 cup white onion chopped4 cups chicken broth2 cups water2 tsp salt to taste2 cups celery1.5 diced white potato1 diced tomato1.5 cups orzo pastaOlive Oil 2 tsp
Directions
Pour broth, water, onions, and olive oil into pot. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium. Add salt, celery and potato and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomato and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add orzo pasta and serve.
