Ingredients
1 avocado1 cup cooked shrimp2 thsp low fat mayo1/2 cup red onion1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Cut ripe avocado and remove seed with a big spoon. Make sure it's ripe by waiting couple days in brown bag after store bought. Mix shrimp with onions, lite mayo, hot sauce. Spoon into avocado halves and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
