Cheese burger meatloaf and sauce

Ingredients
Meatloaf ingredients 1 lb ground beef1 t garlic pepper seasoning1 medium onion chopped1 medium bell pepper chopped1/2 c grated or shredded cheddar cheese1 c old fashioned oats2 slices white bread Sauce recipe follows1 c reduced fat and sodium mushroom soup1 c nonfat milk1/4 c grated or shredded cheddar cheesechopped onions, optional1 bunch fresh parsley optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients for meatloaf together excluding bread slices and sauce. Shape into a loaf or mini loafs. Line a 1 1/2 quart loaf pan with the bread slices or use baking sheet and use bread slices that way. Place the meatloaf on top. Bake loaf for 45 minutes. The bread absorbs the grease and should be discarded after loaf is removed from the oven.

Sauce instructions

Heat the soup and milk over medium heat; add the cheese. Add the chopped onion and parsley to the sauce, if desired. Pour sauce over meatloaf or pass at the table make 4 servings with normal sized meat loaf but makes 14 servings with mini loaves
