Spinach & Berry Salad

Ingredients
6 oz Spinach (Raw leaves, small) 1 cup sliced Strawberries 1/2 cup Rasberries (optional)1/4 cup Blueberries (optional)1/4 cup Blackberries (optional)1 cup sliced Orange or Red Bell Pepper 4.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Honey .26 oz/22 ground kernals Almonds, dry roasted 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Directions
Mix Spinach, Berries and Peppers in a salad bowl. Add Cider Vinegar and Honey. Mix again until coated. Sprinkle almonds and cheese on top before serving. Enjoy!
