Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, largeSalsa, 1 tbsp1 medium courgette chunky cubedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato slicedSweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small slicedOnions, raw, 1 small sliced
Directions
chop and cube all veg and placeon to skewer then place under grill for approx 10 mins untill cooked open warmed pitta ,spread salsa inside add lettuce add all cooked veg sit back relax and enjoy homemade kebab( lush)

i like this kebab more than the meat one as the salsa seems to bring out the flavours of the vegs
