Nana's Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Cans Sliced White Potatoes, drained1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 Cup 1% milk1/2 small onion, diced1 stalk celery, diced8 American Cheese slices, dividedSalt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix together milk & soup. Then add drained potatoes, onion, celery, salt & pepper. Place 4 slices of cheese on top & bake at 350 degrees for about 5-10 min, until cheese on top melts. Fold melted cheese into potato mixture & place remaining 4 slices cheese on top. Finish baking for about 15-20 min. Yield: about 11- 1/2 Cup servings.

    This was very easy to make. My husband liked it a lot. I wasn't quite as entralled...too soupy for my taste. Think I'll cut down on the liquid and use shredded cheese next time(and more of it).
