Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients
2 cans Red Beans canned 2 cans Cannelini Beans28 oz petiete diced tomatoes1 box chicken stock1 TSP Salt1 TBSP Black pepper1 TSP red cayanne pepper1 box ditalini (1lb)1 cup spinach2 tsp garlic salt.5 olive oil1.2 jar tomato sauce
Directions
Drain beans dump in kettle
Dump all of diced tomato with juice
Dump box of chicken broth
Dump half jar tomato sauce
add cayanne , black pepper and salt
stir and simmer 3 hours
last 20 min add box ditallini and spinach simmer
final 5 min in frying pan take garlic salt and olive oil and cook till garlic salt is browned, add to soup.( I like to add a few drops of hot sauce the last few min of cooking because I like heat, totally your call)


Your ready! Scoop and serve if there ever is a shortage of liquid add more broth or water. Serve with nice chunck of bread.
