Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust1 T extra-virgin olive oil1/2 medium onion, minced1 sprig parsley, chopped1 large garlic clove, minced1/4 t dry oregano1 medium ripe tomato, sliced thin1/3 c packed fresh basil leaves, torn3 oz fresh mozzarella, thinly slicedFreshly ground salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium high. Saute the onion and parsley to golden, then stir in garlic and oregano for a few seconds; remove from heat. Lightly brush the pizza crust with a little olive oil and spread the onion mixture on it. Cover the crust with the tomato slices, then the mozzarella slices. Sprinkle the basil on top and finish with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

This sounds delicious and I can't wait to try it but it looks like you left the crust out of the ingredients list. What kind of crust did you use? - 1/9/10

I used a Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust...sorry for the omission. I just updated the recipe. Yes, it is very good...I hope you enjoy it!
