Lentil Yam Soup

Ingredients
Water--4 LitresChicken or Vegetable Broth--3 CupsSoaked Lentils--2 cupsYams--3 big (leave peels for vitamins)Carrots--3Parsnips--2Onion--1Celery--3 stalksBag of frozen peas--1
Directions
Dice everything up and bring to a boil in a BIG soup pot. Simmer for 1 hour.

One serving is about 2 cups or a nice large soup bowl.
