Ingredients
2 slices whole grain crispbread (pref. kavli golden rye)A few cherry tomatoes2 slices of turkeyA few very thin slices of Ricotta Salata or Queso BlancoA few fresh basil leavesA touch of Mayo
Directions
Take the 2 crispbread slices, add a touchof mayo, and the basil leaves. Cover them with the turkey, followed by the ricotta salata and finally, several cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Have with your favorite coffee and enjoy.
