Ingredients
spinachitalian sausagepenne pastadiced tomatoes with seasoning
Directions
Take sausage out of casings, cook and drain. In a skillet pan, pour in diced tomatoes and heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add sausage. Pour over cooked and drained penne pasta and serve. Top with parmesean cheese if wanted.

    going to try it tonight instead of sausage im using ground turkey and just adding fennel seeds and Italian seasoning to make it taste like sausage and save calories and fat :) - 2/3/10

    I really liked this. I used Turkey Sausage instead, and it was totally yummy. Will totally make it again. My hubby-to-be loves spinach and this is a great way to get some in a NEW way for us. - 3/11/09
