4 C Great Value Chicken Broth3.25 C Hunt's Tomato Sauce1 Can (3.5 C) Bush's Low Sodium Pinto Beans1 Can (3 C) Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans1 Can (14 T) Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles2 Cans (3.5 C) Kroger Peeled Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added4 C Water1 T Great Value Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 T Colgin Liquid Smoke1 T Smoked Paprika1 t CinnamonGround Cumin to tasteGround Garlic to tasteChipotle Chili Pepper Powder to taste
Mix all in a large pot. Boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure the beans do not stick to the bottom. Turn down heat to simmer for the remaining time being sure to stir occasionally.
Serve hot. May be topped with 1 ounce shredded cheese.
