Lemon-Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped1 tsp grated lemon rind1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, lemon rind, olive oil, salt and pepper. After rinsing chicken, place in bowl and coat well.

Lay chicken flat in glass pan. Cook for 45 minutes or until done.

Makes 4 servings of 1 chicken breast each.
