Swedish Rusks

Ingredients
4 eggs1 1/2 cup sugar1 Cup whipping cream2 1/2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)Mix in the order listed. Place in a 9 X 13 greased panBake at 325 for 40 minutes.Cool and divide the pan in 1/2 lengthwise and then cut 1/2 inch pieces and place on jellyroll pan. Dry in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until dry. Store in ziplock bags and may be frozen.
Directions

bake 325 for 40 minutes and then cut and dry at 250 degrees. Makes 30 pieces.
