Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 15oz can kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed1 pkg low sodium mccormick taco seasoning3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts32oz can diced tomatoes15oz can diced tomatoes with chiliesgarnish:cheddar cheesesour creamtortilla chipsavocado
Directions
In crockpot, place 3 chicken breasts. Sprinkle taco seasoning over top. Dump in tomatoes and beans. Cook on low 6-8hrs, or high 3-4.

Just before serving, remove chicken and shred it. Return to soup. Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips and avocado on top.
