Broccoli Bake (casserole)

Ingredients
5 medium sized chicken leg quarters (baked, skin removed)4 cups rice (uncooked)2 cans Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese soup2 cans Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup6 cups frozen broccoli1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
Cook rice a little more than half way (i.e.: it takes 14 minutes to cook rice. Cook it for 7-10 minutes)

Put rice in large casserole dish.

Mix in both types of soup (do not add milk / water)

Mix in chicken

Mix in broccoli

Top with 1 cup breadcrumbs

Bake until rice is finished and breadcrumbs are browned.
