Pinole Recipe

Ingredients
2.5 cup corn meal fine ground3 tsp. ground cinnamon3 Tbsp honey, brown sugar or agave nectar3 Tbsp Chia Seeds1-2 cups water
Directions
Roast cornmeal in skillet over medium heat till light brown.
Mix dry ingredients and honey, then slowly add water to taste. If you want to make into cakes use muffin tins. Add cup cake papers and add mixture to fill 22 servings. Then bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
