Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup dryWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (canned)Golden Raisins (1/3 a cup).Beef or Vegetable Broth (2.5 cups)Beef bullion cube (optional)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp 1 medium raw onion chopped Curry Paste, 3 tbsp (or to taste)
Directions
Combine ingredients into a slow-cooker and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
