Chicken, broccoli, green bean stir fry ( no sauce)

boneless chicken breast (5 oz portion breasts), 3 oz (remove)Flav-R-Pac Extra Fine Whole Green Beans, 0.5 cup (remove)Flav - R - Pak Broccoli Flowerettes, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 2 slice, thin (remove)Garlic, .14 tsp (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .3 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Heat olive oil in small skillet. Add onions and garlic and sautee for approximately 3 minutes; add sliced mushrooms and continue to sautee until vegtibles and mushrooms are slightly tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Place sliced chicken into hot pan and cook until only slightly pink; add frozen green beans and broccoli to chicken. Cover pan and cook on low heat until vegtibles are heated through and chicken is no longer pink. Add onion, mushroom mixture to pan and heat through. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and a dash of pepper. Serve over 3/4 cup of brown rice. Serves 1 - 2 servings. ( calories are figured as a single serving and do not include the rice)
