Alta's Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 - Boneless skinless chicken breast4 - Eggs - boiled1/4 c - Pickle relish1/2 c - Mayo1/2 tsp - MustardSaltPepper
Directions
Boil chicken breast and eggs until done. Chop up chicken and eggs in the food processor. Add relish, mayo, mustard and Salt & Pepper and mix well. Refrig. Ingredient amounts can be changed to fit your taste. Try it on Flat bread, pita bread, croissants or light bread.
