Chicken Pockets

8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese, softened1 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped2 pkg Crescent rolls (16 rolls total)12 oz. can of chicken.5 cup mushrooms, sliced/chopped2 Tbsp. Butter1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed1 can cream of chicken soup
Mix softened neufchatel cheese, green onion, chicken, and mushrooms in a bowl. Open crescent rolls. Spoon chicken mixture inside of each crescent roll and roll up dough around mixture. Seal edges. Dip top of rolls into butter, followed by corn flakes, and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. In a small sauce pan, heat cream of chicken soup to use as sauce over chicken pockets.
