boil chicken until tender, drain, cool then cube.saute garlic and onion in 1 TBSP olive oil until tender.Mix in all othe ingredients except for cheese and sour creamAdd cheese and sour cream 30 minutes before serving so it can dissolve in the soup.Makes 16 1 cup servings. (it might make even more!)
