Ingredients
1 Large Tomato, diced2 Jalapenos, seeded and diced1/2 Cup Red Onion3 Tbl Chopped Cilantro1 Tbl Garlic Salt1 Lime2 cups Minute Rice, Brown
Directions
Cook rice by following instructions on box for a serving of four. As the rice is cooking, mix tomato, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro and garlic salt in a bowl. Squeeze lime into bowl. Stir and put in refrigerator till rice is done. When rice is done, add cilantro and stir.

Makes approx. six 1/2 cup servings.
