Beef Stroganoff - Crock Pot

Ingredients
2 lbs Beef Stew Meat1 Medium Onion, Chopped10 oz Mushrooms, Sliced20 oz Cream of Mushroom SoupBlack Pepper8 oz Light Cream Cheese8 oz Light Sour Cream12 oz No Yolks Noodles
Directions
Place first five ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

During final 30 minutes add the cream cheese and sour cream and turn crock pot to high.

Cook noodles.

Serve stroganoff over noodles.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

    Not bad. The second time I made it, I used fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream and a dash of Nutmeg.I used the SHIRITAKI Noodles. To me, it tasted even better and it lowered the calories QUITE A BIT.
