Chicken and Gravy Sandwich (under 210 calories!!!)

Chicken breast, about 15 oz total3 cloves of garlic1 T salt1 T pepper (plus pinch to taste)3 T butter or vegetable spread1 1/2 T AP flour3 tsp Dijon mustard1 cup chicken broth10 slices wheat bread
Melt half the butter in a skillet. Brown garlic cloves. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook fully in skillet.
While chicken is cooking, melt the other half of the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Cook for about a minute and whisk in chicken stock. Cook until thickened (5-6 minutes). Season with pepper and remove from heat. Stir in Dijon mustard.
Toast the bread. Cut chicken into large, yet thin slices. With tongs, dip chicken into the gravy to coat and serve between two slices of bread.
