White Lasagna

Ingredients
Chicken breast (no skin), broccoli, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, milk, flour, olive oil, 6 lasagna noodles, Italian Seasoning, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan, and add the flour to form a paste.

Add the milk and all the remaining sauce ingredients (basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Monterey Jack cheese).

Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Continue to simmer and stir until it thickens.

Remove from heat and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and spinach.

Place 2 of the noodles on the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Add 1/4 of the meat mixture and evenly distribute over the noodles, then cover with 1/4 of the sauce. Repeat this layering until all the ingredients are used.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
