Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients
4 C Water1/2 pkg Das Dutchman Essenhaus, Extra Wide Homestyle Noodles (or your favorite)12 oz Turkey Breast, cooked and diced2 C Chicken or Turkey Broth3 Tbsp corn starch3 Tbsp water
Directions
Pour 4 cups water in large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add noodles. Reduce heat to medium. When noodles have softened, add chicken or turkey broth and turkey. Stir.

In a small bowl, combine corn starch and water. Gradually, add to noodle mixture. Bring heat up to medium-high, stirring frequently. Bring just to a boil, so that soup thickens.

Serving size is approximately 2 cups.
