Shrimp, Mushroom & Asparagus Rice

1 pound medium shrimp raw ( fresh or frozen)(thawed)2 cups chopped asparagus2 cups of mushrooms sliced (fresh)1 tbsp olive oil2 cups cooked brown rice2 tbsp chopped onions3/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
In a large deep skillet heat the oil add onions and mushrooms and cook until soft. Add 1/4 cup of the chicken broth, add the asparagus and cook untill tender. Add shrimp and the rest of the chicken broth cook until shrimp are pink add rice and stir until all all the flavors combine and heated through. Enjoy!!
