Tangy (Riceless) Avocado Sushi

Ingredients
1 Nori roll1 Avocado1/2 cup sweet bell pepper 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar3 tablespoons Cilantro (best part!)4 tablespoons Soy sauce
Directions
Before making the actual rolls, sprinkle the balsamic vinegar over the peppers. Make sure the peppers soak up the flavor.

Now you're ready to make the rolls!


1. Cut up nori into small strips

2. Coat glass plate with soy sauce

3. Soak both sides of nori rolls in soy sauce

-place slice of avocado on soaked nori strip

-place slice of pepper on nori strip, next to avocado strip

-sprinkle cilantro / cut up slice of cilantro and place in the middle of the two

-roll up the nori

-enjoy!


The sizes of the pieces are all up to you. I usually make these rolls fresh and eat them ASAP. They taste best that way :)
