Ingredients
2 LBS Lean Ground hamburger1/2 Cup Ketchup1 6oz can Tomato Paste1 TLBS Brown Sugar1 can Chicken Gumbo soup1 onion2 TLBS Mustard1 1/2 Teaspoon Worchestershire sauce1 T Vinegar
Directions
Brown Hamburger and onion. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
Makes approximately 8-12 servings.

    I made this two nights ago. While I can't say it's the best I've tasted, it was really good. We are trying to eat healthier and this fits the bill. Hubby didn't mind it either and that's a big plus! - 8/22/07
