natural yogurt, 500 gramsGarlic crushed, 6 cloves Ginger Root grated, 2 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsTurmeric, ground, 2 tsp Paprika, 4 tsp garam masala, 4 tsp Salt, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Add paste to chicken or fish.
leave in fridge overnight.
Cook meat in hot oven.
