Ginger-Lime Chicken

Ingredients
600 g chicken cut into bite sized pieces1 tbsp sesame oil1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger1 tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup over flowing with lime juice3/4 cup water3 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp Arroy sweet chili sauce
Directions
Heat seseame oil in fry pan and add chicken as you cut it. Cook until no longer pink. Add in ginger and garlic and stir. Add in remaining ingrediants and simmer on low for 20 minutes. serve over rice
