Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
6 cups cooked white rice2 scrambled eggs1 10 oz bag peas and carrots, thawed6 oz. pork chops3 T soy sauce
Directions
Cook the rice ahead of time and let cool. Cut pork chop into small thin slices. Heat 1 T oil on high in wok. Add pork chop, brown. Push pork chop to side and cook egg. Add peas and carrots. Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add rice and soy sauce. Cook until warm stirring constantly. Serve.
