Veggie Chili

Ingredients
* Beans, pinto, 3 cup * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2.0 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup * Onions, raw, 1 small * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Garlic, 3 clove * Chili powder, 3 tbsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) * Tomato Sauce, with onions, 2 cup
Directions
I used a crock pot to make this, but a pot on the stove can work just as well.

Dice all veggies to desired size. Add all ingredients and stir. Cover and turn on high.
