Simple Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cans Black Beans (undrained)2 Tbsp Olive oil2 rounded Tbsp Goya recaito1 tsp oregano or to taste1 tsp cumin or to taste2 packets sazon without annatto2 Tbsp cooking wine1 tsp white vinegar1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp Goya Adobo with pepper1 cup water1/2 cup finely chopped onion for garnish
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer uncovered until desired consistency.
3. Discard bay leaf.
4. Garnish with onions.
