Curry Based BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
2 Medium Onions4 Cloves Garlic16oz Tomato Sauce8oz Vinegar8oz Red Wine6oz Tomato Paste1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper1/2 tsp Powdered Mustard1/2 tsp Tumeric1/4 tsp Cumin2 tsp Salt1 tsp Curry Powder Mild1/2 tsp Curry Powder Hot2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbsp Paprika1 Tbsp OilDash Tobasco
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a cuisinart until smooth. Put into medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.

Baste on meat prior to grilling, and serve additional sauce for dipping. Makes approximately 8 servings. Leftovers can be refrigerated for at least a week.
