Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain,1/4 Cup DryEgg Beaters 100% liquid egg white, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 2 tsp packedFlour, white, 2 tspVanilla Extract, 1/4 tspBaking Powder, 1/4 tsp
Directions
-Combine the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl
-Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape.
- Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.
-Allow to cool and enjoy!

    Great cookie, I added a tablespoon of raisins and teaspoon of flaxseed. I also used whole wheat flour. I think I will make up some baggies of ingredients so all I have to do is add egg substitute. Thank you! - 2/9/10
