Canola Oil, 2 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 5 largeImperial Dragon Coconut Milk, 5 serving Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Great Value Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry, 2 cup Curry, Aro D Panang Curry Paste, 3 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add curry paste and stir. Add mushrooms and chicken, saute until chicken is cooked. Add coconut milk and frozen vegetables. Shimmer for about 20 minutes.
