Teriyaki Ginger Stir Fry

Ingredients
Green Beans, 24 beans (4" long), wholeRed Bell Pepper (sweet), 1 medium, sliced lengthwise1 1/2 tsp. Minced Fresh Garlic1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger1 tsp. sesame1 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce200 g. Tofu, Lite, Firm2 c. Mixed Spring Greens and Spinach
Directions
Spray non-stick mini-wok with cooking spray. Saute green beans over high heat, 2-3 minutes. Add tofu, garlic, and peppers, saute another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle in ginger and toss with Teriyaki sauce. Continue stirring over high heat until vegetables are el dente. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve over mixed spring greens and spinach. (2 servings)
