1 serving= 1 small container of greek yogurt, vanilla (or your variety of choice)Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal 1/4 cupand 1/2 cup strawberries( I sometimes add to mine a few blueberries but it is not included in calculation. I add to Kevins some banana and use the strawberry banana variety of chobani greek yogurt)
