Banana bread

Ingredients
1 cup of white rice flour1 cup of whole meal flour2 tsps of Baking powder1 cup of stewed Apple (no suger)1/4 cup of sugar1/2 cup of yoghurt of your choice (low fat)1 large egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and and bake in a small loaf tin for 25 to 30 mins, but just checking, everyones oven is different...... on 180 degrees
